ALL FAULTY ITEMS MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL PLACE OF PURCHASE.
JOHN ROTHERY (WHOLESALE) CO LTD WILL NOT DISCUSS ANY WARRANTY OR NON-WARRANTY RETURNS WITH ANY INDIVIDUAL WHO DOES NOT HOLD A TRADE ACCOUNT.

Please contact our Sales Office with all details of any returns before returning any goods.

The Sales Office will issue you with a Returns Reference Number to enable you to complete a Returns Form.

Please address all returns to our usual address.

Please ensure all returned goods are well packed and protected. John Rothery (Wholesale) Co Ltd will not accept any liablity for loss/damage to goods whilst in transit.

John Rothery (Wholesale) Co Ltd advises that all attachments/accessories are to be removed before goods are returned. This includes the stock on any firearm. John Rothery (Wholesale) Co Ltd will not be held responsible for any loss/damage to such items.

All non-warranty repairs will be chargeable. Our charges are based on Trade Prices for spares, time and transport.

We will accept returns for non-faulty items as long as all items/packaging are in perfect resaleable condition. A 10% re-stocking fee will be applied. Please contact the Sales Office for further details.
